I’d like to share my experience using Njalla (https://njal.la/). Recently, we registered a domain with Njalla, purchased a server from them, and launched a brand new website. Shortly after, we received a complaint from one of our competitors (which is common, as we work in a highly competitive industry). Without conducting any investigation, seeking clarification, or even informing us, Njalla blocked access to our domain and all related files.
What’s worse is that they refuse to engage in proper communication, merely responding with generic replies.
Essentially, they have stolen the domain we paid for just a week ago by blocking access to it.
Be cautious if you’re considering using Njalla, a service that claims to be the “world’s most notorious privacy provider for domains, VPS, and VPNs.”
We will continue to fight for our rights and hold them accountable.
